Dick Tracy #145
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeChester Gould's cover for this 1961 Harvey Giant-size issue says it all: a bespectacled villain in a red floral robe fires a camera that literally explodes, sending Dick Tracy and another man flying backward in a burst of flame and smoke. Subtitled "The Mad Camera Bomber," the image perfectly teases the story inside — "The Case of the Fiendish Photographers! Part One" — and the red side-bar previews a roster of supporting characters including Crewy Lou, Sphinx, Hypo, King, and Sparkle. Two complete detective thrillers for a quarter made this Giant-size edition a genuine treat for Tracy fans in 1961.
