Dick Cole #7

Dick Cole foils a gang's kidnapping scheme involving two lakeside hideouts. After locating his friend Simba, Dick learns that gangsters plan to eliminate a witness named Dare who knows their secrets; Dick and Simba race to stop them and rescue a woman named Laura from the criminals. The story culminates at a trysting bridge where Dick confronts the gang, rescues Laura, and defeats the kidnappers with help from his allies.
