# Dick Cole #4 Synopsis The main Dick Cole story involves Rod attempting to retrieve a vital gadget that has been dropped into the Farr Shell beneath a bridge. Using a rubber shirt and valve stem, Rod devises an ingenious solution to seal a hole in the vessel and retrieve the device. In a separate adventure, Dick Cole and companions pursue the criminal Lank Evers through a wilderness setting, where they encounter a timber wolf and discover a mysterious pit. After being trapped in what appears to be an animal trap, the group realizes they have stumbled upon evidence of criminal activity and must find their way out of the dangerous predicament.
