In "Rage," the lone barbarian Renit survives a demon massacre only to rescue Cairo, a necromancer hunting the legendary Hand of Naz. Together, they descend into the tomb beneath the Castle of Kanemith, uncovering the gauntlet and a horde of undead. After Renit claims the artifact and abandons Cairo, he summons spirits to fight the demon army—only to be slain and bound to the cursed gauntlet. Cairo returns, revealing her true mastery, and frees Renit from the spirit king’s grip, absorbing the spirits’ knowledge in the process. The story is written by Phil Amara and illustrated by Francisco Ruiz Velasco, with the cover also by Ruiz Velasco.

Renit, lone surviving barbarian of a demon attack, rescues Cairo from giant spiders. Cairo is a necromancer in search of the artifact called The Hand of Naz. In the tomb beneath the Castle of Kanemith, they find the gauntlet and a horde of undead. Renit takes the artifact and abandons Cairo to her fate to seek his vengeance. He uses the Hand of Naz to summon an army of spirits to destroy the demon army, but is slain by the spirit king and bound to the artifact. Cairo returns, revealing she is a master necromancer. She saves Renit and breaks the curse while claiming knowledge from the spirits.
