Dexter's Laboratory #25

Hank is most definitely back — and the cover of Dexter's Laboratory #25 (2001) makes that gloriously clear, with the massive, cigar-chomping, heavily muscled Hank dominating the foreground while a gleeful Dexter goes flying in the background. Penciled by series creator Genndy Tartakovsky and inked by Bill Wray, the cover has a wonderfully energetic cartoon pop to it that perfectly captures the show's comedic sensibility. At a special action price of just 50¢, this issue — featuring the story "Stubble Trouble" — is a fun slice of early-2000s Cartoon Network comics charm.
