☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeBill Wray's inks bring Genndy Tartakovsky's cover pencils to life in this December 2000 installment of DC's Dexter's Laboratory, and the result is pure cartoon chaos. A massive gift-wrapped present labeled "For Dee-Dee" bursts open to unleash what appears to be a wild, tentacled creature — much to the alarm of a wide-eyed Dexter scrambling nearby — while Dee-Dee herself beams at the bottom of the cover, gleefully exclaiming "Oh, Dexter, I LOVE it!" Inside, John Rozum's story "Dee-Dee's Pony Tale" promises that Dee-Dee's enthusiasm for her surprise gift is very much the heart of this issue.
