Harvey's lovable little imp is making quite an entrance in this February 1976 issue — the cover shows Hot Stuff ice-skating with such fiery enthusiasm that he's literally melting the rink beneath him, steam rising and water splashing as the ice gives way around his tiny skates. It's a perfectly charming setup that captures everything endearing about the character: all that infernal warmth colliding hilariously with a winter activity.
