As Strapped follows Melissa and her kidnapper Calvarone, he's hit by a grenade but survives. The cops arrive and recognize him so they bring him in to the Police Chief. Strapped's brother, Congressman Tyler, shows up and it is revealed that he's the one who got the costumed vigilantes made illegal. When Strapped gets a call from Calvarone, he takes off to save Melissa.
