America's favorite pint-sized troublemaker takes on Tinseltown in this 1959 Hallden/Fawcett giant, as Dennis — decked out in full cowboy gear — crashes a Hollywood film set, much to the exasperation of a stout, floral-shirted director hunched over his camera. Behind them, two bewildered adult cowboys freeze mid-scene against a painted mountain backdrop, clearly thrown off their game by one very enthusiastic little wrangler. It's the perfect collision of small-town mischief and big-screen ambition that made Dennis the Menace such a delight in 1959.
