Deathstroke #49
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart of DC's 2020 "Year of the Villain" initiative, this penultimate chapter of the "Deathstroke: R.I.P." arc puts Jericho front and center in a genuinely affecting graveside scene. Stephen Segovia's cover depicts the blue-luminescent Jericho kneeling across from his white-haired sister Rose Wilson before a headstone reading "Here Lies Slade Wilson A.K.A. Deathstroke," with speech bubbles delivering the blunt verdict: "Let him go, Rose — Dad's NOT coming back." It's a quietly charged image that captures sibling grief and finality, making this one of the more emotionally resonant covers of Priest's celebrated run on the title.
