Part of the "Arkham" storyline, this 2019 issue places Deathstroke squarely in Gotham's most dangerous setting — and the cover by Tyler Kirkham makes the tension immediately clear. The image is a striking split-face composition merging Deathstroke's masked, silver-haired visage with Two-Face's grotesquely scarred features, while a glowing coin hovers between them and the cover copy pointedly asks, "Two-Face: Friend or Foe?" Priest, Fernando Pasarin, Jason Paz, and Jeromy Cox bring their considerable talents to "Book Three: Community," promising that the uneasy dynamic between these two morally complicated figures is very much at the heart of the story ahead.
