Death's Head #4

The penultimate chapter of this 2019 Marvel series arrives with a cover by Nick Roche that's impossible to ignore — Death's Head dominates the foreground, skull-faced and bristling with spikes, weapon raised and bearing down with unmistakable menace. Surrounding the mechanical mercenary is a vivid cast of figures: a green-skinned young hero at lower left, a pink-clad fighter with blades at center, an armored companion wielding a heavy rifle, a dark-armored figure with glowing yellow eyes, and a caped hero crackling with energy rings in the background. With Tini Howard writing and Kei Zama on art, "Jailbreak" promises the kind of chaotic, high-energy ensemble action this creative team has been building toward all series.
