Under Charnel's control, Death Metal continues to try his best to kill his brothers, Death's Head and Death Wreck. Ghost Rider returns from the dead and uses his penance stare to free Death Metal from Charnel's influence. The trio of cyborg brothers battle Charnel and end the entire reality of the Charnel Continuum. Death's Head is returned to the present on earth while Death Wreck is reunited with Dr. Necker.
