Deadpool #24
In "Tricky Part Two: The Big Blind," Deadpool’s latest scheme hits the neon-lit tables of Las Vegas, where the casino bosses are none the wiser about their new "sidekick," Wildcard—actually the merc with a mouth in disguise. As Deadpool tries to convince Weasel to swap mech suits with an elaborate, offbeat rationale, chaos erupts when Grizzly storms in, turning the high-stakes game into a betrayal-laden showdown. Written by Daniel Way and illustrated by Carlo Barberi, with inks by Juan Vlasco and colors by Marte Gracia, this issue keeps the laughs sharp and the stakes higher, all under Jason Pearson’s dynamic cover.

The Vegas casino bosses are less than thrilled when they learn that The House's new sidekick, Wildcard, is actually the deranged assassin, Deadpool. Deadpool offers Weasel a long and convoluted argument to convince him to switch mech suits. When Grizzly shows up to attack the casino again, The House (who the bosses think is Weasel), makes Wildcard (who the bosses think is Deadpool) look bad before he double crosses his partner and takes off with both the super villain and the cash.
