Vertigo brings Boston Brand back in this 2006 relaunch, written by Bruce Jones with art by John Watkiss. The cover, rendered by Watkiss, presents a striking close-up of a brooding, dark-haired man whose face is dramatically split between shadow and an eerie blue light — while above him a cityscape tilts at a disorienting angle, pierced by a burning cross and streaked with vivid orange flame.
