Neal Adams returns to one of his signature characters in this 2018 six-issue DC miniseries, writing, drawing, inking, and coloring the whole thing himself. The cover sets the tone immediately: a ghostly, glowing-eyed Deadman surges forward with arms outstretched, his spectral form emerging from a seated figure below, while Batman swoops down from above — three presences layered into a single charged composition.
