Deadly Class #8 places a lone young figure — blazer-clad, katana in hand, notebook clutched to their chest — at the center of a hauntingly beautiful cover by Wes Craig, bisected by a sharp red line that descends into a heart at their feet. Looming behind them in deep purples and magentas are two enormous, elaborately tattooed skull figures, their presence equal parts menacing and strangely romantic. Rick Remender and Wes Craig's 1988-set series continues to prove that assassin school has never looked so stylishly unsettling.
