In "Strijd en stripdagen...", Bruce Banner returns to his Vegas suite after a convention with Marlo, only to transform into the Hulk as night falls. Trapped in a dreamlike illusion crafted by Glorian—where the Hulk’s rage is indulged and even weaponized—the beast nearly destroys the Leader before snapping free. In a moment of brutal clarity, the Hulk turns on Glorian, but the violence leaves Marlo shaken, witnessing the cost of his rage.
In "Blaffende honden," the Hulk drifts through Las Vegas, haunted by Banner’s presence and searching for a fight that matches his rage, while Glorian—back from the dead and shaken by his promise to the Shaper of Worlds—reaches out to Nick Cloot, a mysterious figure offering to help the Hulk find peace. As Glorian signs a blood pact in hopes of fulfilling his strange mission, the line between redemption and manipulation begins to blur.
