Darkhold: Pages from the Book of Sins #15

Part four of Marvel's sprawling "Siege of Darkness" crossover arrives in this December 1993 installment of Darkhold: Pages from the Book of Sins. The cover, penciled by Rurik Tyler and John Romita with inks by Jeff Albrecht, renders everything in a moody crimson wash — a menacing demonic figure looms above with clawed hands outstretched, while below, a young man in a baseball cap struggles desperately over a prone, unconscious figure. It's a tense, atmospheric image that captures the horror-tinged urgency at the heart of Marvel's Midnight Sons line.
