Dark Horse Presents #19 [176]
In "The Pigs Part One: Straw Men," alien Harry—posing as a small-town doctor—struggles to maintain his human disguise after being shot by his assistant, Asta, who may be one of the few people immune to his mental illusions. As government agents investigate strange footage of Harry at an ATM, they're torn between dismissing it as a hoax and confronting the possibility of an alien presence. Written by Peter Hogan and illustrated by Steve Parkhouse, with a cover by Raymond Swanland, this issue blends quiet tension with a creeping sense of unease in a world where reality is far from what it seems.

Harry is an alien stranded on Earth and posing as a doctor in a small town, using his mental abilities to make people see him as human. Harry is in the hospital after accidentally being shot by his assistant, Asta, who might be one of the rare humans who can't be fooled by Harry's mental ability and sees his actual appearance. Two government agents are investigating a possible E.T. report, and have video of Harry at an ATM machine, but think it may be a prank.
