Rich Tommaso's noir crime series continues with issue five of Dark Corridor, promising more "mysterious adventures in the crime-ridden city of Red Circle." The cover — rendered in a striking, moody palette of deep black and warm gold — features a tense woman gripping what appears to be a weapon, her expression caught somewhere between alarm and resolve. It's a beautifully spare, pulp-inflected image that captures the series' hard-edged atmosphere perfectly.
