Daredevil Epic Collection #19
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis Epic Collection volume follows Matt Murdock's harrowing time in prison after his secret identity is exposed, focusing on the acclaimed 'The Devil in Cell-Block D' storyline. Written by Ed Brubaker, it features Daredevil navigating the treacherous prison hierarchy while his loved ones face threats on the outside, including Elektra, Typhoid Mary, and the Natchios family. Collecting issues from the late 2000s, this era showcases a gritty, noir-infused chapter in the Man Without Fear's life.
In "Help Unwanted (Fathoms Of Humanity Part 1)," Daredevil grapples with a darkening edge as his methods grow increasingly brutal—until a desperate attempt to reclaim his moral center leads him to save Scorpio, the son of a man he once fought. With writer J. M. DeMatteis and artist Ron Wagner capturing the character’s inner turmoil, Daredevil’s return to his original yellow and red suit marks a pivotal, if uncertain, step toward redemption. Cover by Ron Wagner and Bill Reinhold completes a striking visual package for this 2018 Marvel epic.
