# Daredevil Comics #56 This issue contains two feature-length Daredevil stories. In the first tale, Daredevil must stop a train robbery in progress; government officials authorize him to cut the railroad's power, and he pursues the robbers across the tracks to recover stolen funds. In the second story, a group of impoverished people attempt to care for an elephant they cannot afford to keep, eventually discovering a truck belonging to Professor Farnsworth that contains the money needed to retrieve the animal—which turns out to have been stolen from them all along.
