Danger Girl Kamikaze #2

The concluding chapter of this two-part WildStorm/Cliffhanger! miniseries brings things to a head with a cover by Tommy Yune that's hard to look away from — a blue-clad heroine is pinned precariously atop a massive, snapping crocodile while a towering armored samurai figure looms over her from above. The kanji for "kamikaze" flanks the left side of the image, grounding the scene in its Japanese-inflected aesthetic, and a small inset portrait in the corner teases another masked character waiting in the wings. Yune handles the full creative package here — writing, art, and inks — making this a singular artistic vision right through to the final page.
