Danger Girl #4

Issue four of Danger Girl shifts the spotlight squarely onto the villains, and J. Scott Campbell and Alex Garner's cover makes a strong case for why that's thrilling. Dominating the image is a masked, trench-coated commander — glowing red eyes, a skull-emblazoned cap, and an imposing gas-mask silhouette — flanked by two heavily armed soldiers in red berets and tactical gear, all three training their weapons outward with quiet menace. It's a cool, deliberately sinister composition that gives the series' antagonists their moment to loom large as "Maximum Danger" promises exactly what the title delivers.
