“Jiji the Prodigy”
About this Collection

This volume continues the chaotic blend of supernatural horror and romantic comedy as Momo and Okarun face new alien and ghostly threats. The story deepens their connection while introducing bizarre adversaries that test their growing powers. Collects issues from the hit Shonen Jump series by Yukinobu Tatsu.

In "Jiji the Prodigy," Yukinobu Tatsu and team deliver a tense, atmospheric chapter as Ken, in demon form, and Momo face a desperate choice beneath the earth. With the worm pit closing in, Momo must find a way to save them both—leading to a bold, high-stakes plan that forces them to confront the creature in the open, where sunlight might be their only hope. The story, drawn and inked by Tatsu with sharp, expressive visuals, builds on the series' eerie tone and escalating stakes.

After momentarily escaping Jiji, Ken convinces Momo to let him launch her to the surface while he's in demon form. Once out of the worm pit, Momo realizes that the only way to rescue Ken and Jiji is to set the house on fire and force the worm to the surface, where the sun will kill it.
