About this Collection

This Japanese import collects the first volume of the Danball Senki (Little Battlers) manga series, originally published by Shogakukan in their Ladybug Comics imprint in 2011. It adapts the story of the media franchise centered on customizable battling robots called LBX, following young protagonists as they engage in strategic combat and uncover larger conspiracies.

Danball Senki #1 (2011), published by Shogakukan, features artwork and inking by Shumei Fujii, with the cover also created entirely by Fujii. The issue introduces a cast of characters within a mecha-themed story, presented in a stylized, energetic format.
