Dan Cooper #28
This volume collects the 28th adventure of Dan Cooper, a Belgian comic series following the airborne exploits of a Canadian Air Force pilot. In "F. 111 en péril," Dan faces a dangerous mission involving the iconic swing-wing fighter-bomber, the General Dynamics F-111, as part of a classic aviation thriller. Published by Novedi in 1981, this album continues the series' tradition of detailed aircraft artwork and action-packed storytelling.
Dan Cooper #28 (1981) features the titular character in "F-111 en péril," a story written and drawn by Albert Weinberg, with full creative involvement from him across writing, art, inking, and coloring. The cover, also by Weinberg, presents the issue's dramatic scene in his distinctive style.
