Dan Cooper #25
This volume collects a classic Dan Cooper adventure originally serialized in the 1980s, following the intrepid Canadian Air Force pilot as he tests a revolutionary space cannon. The story showcases the series' signature blend of realistic aviation detail and futuristic speculation, a hallmark of the long-running Franco-Belgian comic. Published by Éditions Fleurus, it is part of the later revival of the Dan Cooper series under the same creative team that defined its post-war run.
Dan Cooper #25 (1980) features the titular character in "Le canon de l'espace," a story written and drawn by Albert Weinberg, who also handled inking and coloring. The cover, also by Weinberg, presents the issue's visual identity with his distinctive style.
