Reunited at the Clinic, Dave and Randy attempt to free the others, but find they have been brainwashed. The pair confront Voigt who reveals his paranormal power to duplicate the powers of other paranormals. Calling himself the Overshadow after duplicating Randy's power, Voigt reveals his idea that paranormals are superior to normal humans and will take over the world. A fight ensues and Randy discovers he can create up to five antibodies. After jumping into his massive antibody, Voigt is seemingly destroyed by Dave.
