Crysis #5

The fifth chapter of IDW and EA Comics' Crysis series presents one of its most atmospherically striking covers: three small figures — one clad in the series' signature armored Nanosuit — stand at the base of a colossal, alien organic structure that looms into darkness above them. The sheer scale of the towering, vein-like formation against the tiny trio creates a genuine sense of dread and wonder in equal measure. Fans of the Crysis video game universe and readers who love science fiction with a moody, cinematic edge will find this 2011 IDW issue hard to pass up.
