The second issue of Gail Simone and Cat Staggs' body-swap thriller sets an unsettling tone right from the cover: a figure in a purple shirt holds a blood-spattered cleaver, and reflected in its blade is the face of a suited man — a deeply disquieting image that suggests identity and danger are inseparable in this series. Staggs' painted cover work bathes the scene in a smoky amber light, with what appears to be a grim, bloody tableau visible in the background. Subtitled "The Dinner Party," this 2017 Image Comics issue promises that the premise is about to get considerably messier.
