An anthology featuring multiple flying and fighting heroes. The lead story, "Airboy Smashes Kultur, A New Axis Terror," depicts Airboy discovering Nazi plans hidden in a butcher's file cabinet and confronting enemy operatives, including an encounter with a wolf-like creature called Von Kamm. A Black Angel story shows her organizing a British youth scrap metal collection drive to build planes and compete against a rival youth organization in a friendly competition. The issue also features stories starring Iron Ace, Flying Dutchman, Sky Wolf, and other sky-based heroes.
