Sky Wolf leads a team of Allied pilots including Iron Ace, Black Angel, and Flying Dutchman on a wartime mission to sabotage a Japanese dike-control station and power plant in Tokyo. After successfully destroying the power plant, Sky Wolf intercepts a Nazi plot involving a French woman and a cursed military artifact—a suit of armor from the Council of Blood that carries a centuries-old curse. The narrative shifts to show Nazi operatives attempting to exploit this cursed armor and steal Napoleon's cannon from a French military museum, while Allied forces work to stop them and protect French assets from Nazi occupation forces.
