Plastic surgeon Dr. Trent Miller changes the faces of escaped murderer Martin Marly and his wife, making both repulsive. Marly disagrees with the job the doctor does to his wife and tries to kill him for it. In the ensuing fight Marly is attacked by dogs and Dr. Miller's face is distorted, too.
