Image Comics' Creepshow anthology keeps the EC-inspired dread flowing in this fourth issue, delivering more "Tales of Suspense and Horror!!!" from Kyle Starks, Fran Galán, Henry Barajas, and Dani. The cover pulls no punches: a terrified figure is surrounded by a crowd of rotting, leering monsters, while a blood-soaked axe rests on a chopping block in the foreground — ghoulish, gleefully grim imagery that sets the tone perfectly. If 2022 needed a horror anthology comic that wears its love of the macabre right on its sleeve, this issue is more than happy to oblige.
