Cracked #223 (October 1986) promises "Liberty Lovin' Laughs!" with a gloriously goofy cover by Bill Wray — a cartoonishly bug-eyed Statue of Liberty raises her torch against a sky bursting with fireworks while clutching what appears to be a copy of a magazine in her free hand.
