Cool Cat v9 #1

Cool Cat encounters a man being chased by someone who has been following him, and Cool Cat helps him evade his pursuer by hiding in the deli. The man, who turns out to be a criminal, later attempts to recruit Cool Cat to help him wrestle the Masked Marvel, but Cool Cat ultimately outsmarts him by creating a makeshift mask from an old sock and defeats the villain himself.
