Convergence Atom #2

The concluding chapter of this 2015 Convergence two-parter puts two Atom-suited figures face to face, each gripping the same blade in a tense standoff — while an enormous, cold-eyed mechanical face looms ominously in the background. Steve Dillon's cover composition makes the most of that mirrored imagery, the identical blue-and-red costumes raising immediate questions about identity and conflict. With Tom Peyer writing and Steve Yeowell on interior art, "Return of the Atom" promises a sharp finish to this compact Convergence tale.
