Conan the Barbarian #174
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeIssue #174 of Marvel's long-running sword-and-sorcery series puts Conan in a genuinely dire spot: sword drawn and expression taut with alarm, he stands over a red-haired woman crouched on the ground, while an enormous pair of clawed, blue-purple hands descends from above — whatever is reaching for them is clearly massive and monstrous. John Buscema both penciled and inked this striking cover, using that bold yellow background to make every figure pop with urgent clarity. "Children of the Night" promises a September 1985 adventure where brute strength alone may not be enough against something far larger than any mortal foe.
