Conan der Cimmerier #[11]
This German-language collection from Splitter Verlag presents the first story arc of the 2021 series Conan der Cimmerier, adapting Robert E. Howard's classic tale 'The God in the Bowl.' The volume follows Conan as a young thief in the city of Zamora, where a heist in a wealthy merchant's tower leads to a deadly encounter with an ancient, inhuman entity. The narrative combines sword-and-sorcery action with a mystery that unfolds through the perspectives of various characters, all illustrated in a modern style by artist Luca Genovese and writer Sylvain Runberg.
Conan der Cimmerier #11 (2021) features the story "Der Gott in der Schale," continuing the adventures of Conan the Cimmerian in a dark fantasy tale drawn from the original mythos. The issue is illustrated and colored by Emmanuel Civiello, with lettering by Stephan Kempers, and includes contributions from writers Robert E. Howard, Doug Headline, and Harald Sachse.
