The third volume of this Belgian-published series from Daedalus brings the story to one of the Vietnam War's most grueling engagements, "De slag om Hamburger Hill." Alexis Sentenac's cover sets a haunting tone immediately: a military helicopter cuts through rain-drenched jungle mist while a vivid crimson trail zigzags down a densely vegetated hillside below it, the stark red against grey-green fog making the image quietly devastating. With Gihef writing and Stéphane Perger handling the art and colors throughout, this 2016 entry looks to be a compelling continuation of the Complot series.
