Joe is captured whilst undercover in France, but escapes with Antoine's help. Back in England it becomes clear there is a traitor at work in France. Joe is sent back and deduces who the traitor is. He feeds him false information, thus turning the tables on the Germans and helping him capture Vogel, the leading German intelligence officer in the district.
