Nancy and Fritzi Ritz go to school, with Nancy holding a red apple and Fritzi holding a green apple. In the Fritzi Ritz story, Fritzi visits a crowded beach resort filled with various commercial attractions and signs, where she encounters cluttered scenery and hawkers; she then goes boating with Phil during increasingly bad weather, and after a storm at sea, Phil proposes to Fritzi, who initially hesitates but ultimately accepts his marriage proposal. The issue concludes with instructional content about stamp collecting and various stamp collecting advertisements.
