An anthology featuring humorous comic stories. "Floating Treasure," a complete detective story by Kenneth Ernst, depicts Inspector Standish investigating the theft of a valuable diamond from Captain Bigelow during a cruise; the perpetually intoxicated Mr. Graydon becomes a suspect as the mystery unfolds aboard the ship. Additional stories include a comedic strip about a child asking an adult where people live in China, and "Whiskers" by M. Purclivre, a lighthearted tale in which a gruff Mr. McGruff is surprised when his young caddy reveals he has brought along his dog as a helper.
