The penultimate issue of Ed Brisson and Michael Walsh's time-travel noir wraps toward its conclusion with a cover that's genuinely arresting — a bold red field overlaid with film-strip panels showing skeletons in various poses, fading from stark white to ghostly grey as if deteriorating across time itself. Walsh's design-forward composition feels more like a graphic art piece than a traditional comics cover, and Jordie Bellaire's stark red-and-black palette gives it a cold, unsettling elegance.
