Combat Casey #7

From Atlas Comics' Korean War era comes this scrappy 1953 entry in the series billed right on the cover as "The Infantry's Red-Bearded Riot!" The cover by Carl Burgos drops us into a snow-swept battlefield where Combat Casey himself crouches in the foreground, rifle in hand and red beard bristling, quipping "Durn it! I'm fresh outta Reds! An' just when I wuz gettin' warmed up!" — while enemy soldiers tumble across the frozen ground behind him.
