This volume collects the story 'Ugaki, le serment du samouraï,' a historical adventure set in feudal Japan, originally serialized in the pages of Pilote magazine. Part of Dargaud's Collection Pilote (1980) series, it presents a complete narrative centered on a samurai's oath and its consequences. The album features artwork and storytelling typical of the European bande dessinée tradition from that era.
