Boy King battles the Gold Mummy King and his villains in a circus setting, where Boy King uses his gold crown as a weapon to stop a knife attack and whips his enemy off a trapeze. In a separate story, a train arrives in the Arizona town of Two-by-Four carrying a man named Manny who is being pursued by criminals; after escaping into town, he takes refuge at a boarding house and is eventually discovered by the villains, leading to a confrontation. The Boy Rangers then pursue the criminals by helicopter, springing a trap that captures the gang and recovers stolen goods, with the Governor arriving to congratulate them on their successful mission.

As the evening unfolds with acrobats, knife throwers, and illusionists, darker intentions begin to surface.
