Clue Comics Quarterly #7 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. One story involves war workers and factory spies: a group of men are tricked into a seemingly innocent card game by someone named Benny, who reveals his true intent is to obtain information about their secret manufacturing plants producing war materials for the Axis—with the help of a mysterious figure called Micro-Face who directs operations and uses his "micro-voice" to command mobsters. Another story features the Boy Rangers pursuing outlaws and a gorilla character through a 800-foot-deep mine shaft, where they attempt to capture the criminals and prevent escape.
